A Thai Spouse Company refers to a Thailand Company Limited owned and directed by a foreign citizen married to a Thai citizen.

A Thail Spouse Company is not subject to the same investment capital and work permit rules as a foreigner that is not married to a Thai citizen.

A Thai Spouse Company is only required to have investment capital of 1,000,000 Baht to obtain a work permit for a foreigner, whereas the requirement is normally 2,000,000 Baht.

A Thai Spouse Company is only required to have 1 Thai citizen employed for every 1 foreigner employed, whereas the requires is normally 4 Thai citizens employed for every 1 foreigners employed.

Om ovanstående stämmer så skulle jag och min fru kunna ha ett bolag i Thailand där hon äger 51% och jag 49%. Investeringen är på papperet 1 000 000 THB, men eftersom bolagsreglerna verkar säga att man endast behöver skjuta till 25% när företaget startar så verkar det som man kommer undan med 250 000 THB för att få igång ett thailändskt bolag och ett arbetstillstånd för mig.

 

Är det någon som har erfarenhet av  eller vet mer om ovanstående? Är det aktuell lagstiftning?
